The length of the warranty period depends on the type of product. Warranty details are included in the warranty cards dedicated to a given product. The list of products covered by the warranty is always included on the invoice.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase

Warranty repairs are made by an authorized service of Eko-Okna. 

Submitting a complaint: claims@ekookna.com.

Content of the request: Customer's name; order no; order item: date of calculation (departure); description of the complaint; customer expectations; end customer address; pictures.
